    • What happens after I place my order?
      Congratulations! You will receive an email from MSP Records confirming your purchase. We will then begin pitching your song to our network of playlist curators. Once your song gets place, we will send you an email with a link to all the placements. It may take a few days to a few weeks to get your song placed as we work with our network to find the best playlists for your songs! Feel free to reach out to MSP at anytime to get an update on your campaign.
    • What songs can you promote?
      We strive to give every song a chance to shine. If for any reason we are unable to place or promote your song, we shall provide you a full refund immediately
    • How long is each campaign?
      Once your song gets placed, you can expect your song to feature on a playlist for about 2 - 4 weeks. Ultimately, the exact time is up to the creator of the playlist.
    • How can I see the results of my campaign?
      You can see all playlist placements and the number of streams from the campaign by logging into your Spotify for Artists account.
    • I ordered over the weekend
      Our staff deserve some rest. All orders are processed during the week, Monday through Friday.
    • Do you promote explicit songs?
      Yes. We promote all songs regardless of the language used. If for any reason we are unable to place your song, we will provide you with a full refund immediately.
    • I would like to get a refund/cancel my order
